Gretchen Mitchell is a 20+ year veteran substitute teacher and has been working in student exchange since 2017. She has 4 children: Lacee (26), Mark (19), Tommy (17), and Knox (14). She is the District Representative for International Cultural Exchange Services covering Tennessee and Kentucky. She has hosted 9 students in her home and has helped bring over 100 exchange students to the United States.
