Jennifer Jennings has experience in all aspects of youth exchange, from hosting to being an exchange student herself to serving on the ICES national staff. She served as ICES East Coast Placement Director from 2010 to 2012 and rejoined the ICES placement team as an administrator in the fall of 2017 after a five-year hiatus to spend time with her daughter. Prior to joining ICES she practiced commercial real estate law at a firm in Washington, DC, and worked in development and public affairs for a private non-profit organization. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia and lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her family.
